Installation Steps

Cut the pipe to the required length
Cut the Pimaflex Multipipe at a right angle using the pipe cutter.

Pipe Centering and Beveling
Bevel the pipe by using the beveling tool until a clearly visible bevel is formed around the entire pipe end.

Insert the Pipe into the Fitting
Push the fitting into the pipe as far as it will go. The correct insertion depth is indicated by the
appearance of the pipe in the inspection window of the metal sleeve.

Press the Fitting
Open the pressing jaws and position them between the double guides on the press-sleeve. Close pressing jaws and start pressing procedure. When using compatible U-profile pressing jaws, make sure that the jaw are suitable for the application and are in good technical condition.
Continue pressing until the pressing cycle is complete.
